After printing or post-press processing, the GSZ series automatic sheet stacker keeps sheet collection faster, cleaner, and more organized for high-volume production lines. By automatically aligning, stacking, and delivering paper, paperboard, or corrugated sheets, the Automatic Sheet Stacker reduces labor intensity, prevents uneven piles, and keeps production moving smoothly.

The automatic sheet stacker consists of a feeding mechanism, sheet aligning system, lifting delivery platform, and electrical control system. Printed materials are transferred to the delivery platform through the conveyor belt, then aligned by the sheet jogging mechanism to form a neat and stable pile.

For thin substrates, the feeding table is equipped with a suction system to support smoother sheet transfer. The conveyor speed can be adjusted steplessly through a frequency inverter, allowing the stacker to match different production speeds. As sheets accumulate, the delivery platform automatically lowers according to the pile height and can descend directly to floor level, making forklift loading and unloading more convenient for high-volume production.
