Dryer and Sheet Stacker

The dryers are used for drying wet inks during the printing process. The drying and curing systems we offer include IR/UV dryer, IR drying tunnel, wicket dryer and water cooling unit. Automatic dryers can be used in combination with automatic printing machines. Fully automated printing-drying-conveying lines can be formed with the help of mobile connecting parts.

The IR/UV dryer uses specific UV wavelengths to cure UV inks, granting a cured surface for printed material. Water-cooling unit is connected after a dryer to ensure rapid cooling.

Automatic sheet stacker is equipped with pneumatic sheet aligner, and suitable for stacking various sheets and hot transfer vinyl (HTV).
