The GAC series water cooling unit is designed to cool printed materials immediately after UV curing or heat-based drying, reducing the risk of deformation, sticking, or handling problems during stacking. Installed behind different curing machines, the water cooling unit brings substrate temperature down quickly so printed sheets can move more safely into collection, stacking, or post-press processing.

With built-in variable-frequency conveying, this water cooling unit can be connected directly after a curing machine or used as a standalone cooling module. Its insulated cabinet design reduces cold-air loss, improves cooling efficiency, and lowers unnecessary energy consumption during continuous production.
