IR/UV Dryer
The IR/UV dryer gives screen printing lines the curing performance needed to dry UV inks, coatings, adhesives, and varnishes quickly after printing. By using ultraviolet light to trigger the curing reaction, liquid materials can harden within seconds, allowing printed sheets to move faster to the next process while reducing smearing, surface damage, and production delays.
Designed for continuous printing workflows, the IR/UV dryer combines UV light sources, a conveyor system, heat dissipation modules, and a control system to keep curing stable during operation. It is especially suitable for screen printing applications that require high surface hardness, strong ink adhesion, and a clean finished effect on printed materials.
The IR/UV dryer is used after screen printing to cure UV inks, UV varnish, coatings, and adhesives on printed substrates. It can be connected with automatic screen printing machines to support efficient printing, curing, conveying, and stacking workflows for packaging, labels, decorative printing, and other industrial print applications.

- TEFLON-Coated Fiberglass Conveyor Belt: The conveyor belt uses American TEFLON-coated fiberglass material, offering strong resistance to high temperature, friction, and radiation during continuous curing.
- Variable-Frequency Stepless Speed Control: The conveyor runs smoothly with adjustable speed control, making the IR/UV Dryer easier to match with different printing speeds and curing requirements.
- Dual Fan System for Stable Sheet Transfer and Heat Removal: Two fan systems keep printed sheets close to the conveyor belt to prevent drifting, while also removing a large amount of heat from the machine for safer and more stable operation.
- Flexible Lamp Operation and Power Adjustment: The IR/UV Dryer supports single-box single-lamp operation, multi-box multi-lamp operation, and stepless dimming from 20% to 100% power. This gives operators more curing flexibility, extends lamp service life, and reduces energy consumption.
- Conveyor Belt Correction Mechanism: A belt correction mechanism is installed at the driven roller bearing seat, allowing flexible adjustment to keep the conveyor belt running steadily during production.
