Packaging products with transparent display windows require accurate film placement, clean gluing, and stable high-speed production. The window patching machine applies PVC, PET, PP, or other transparent films to preset window areas on paper boxes, cartons, and envelopes, giving finished packaging a clear product-viewing effect while improving presentation value.

Feeding SectionThe feeding section uses imported sheet-drawing belts and a servo-controlled conveying system to support continuous paper loading without stopping the machine. This keeps sheet feeding stable and improves production continuity during high-speed window patching.

Push Lay SectionThe push lay section uses a double-push-rod gauge correction structure to reduce positioning errors before film application. This gives the automatic window patching machine more accurate sheet alignment and more consistent patching results.

Gluing SectionThe gluing section uses high-hardness rollers for circulating glue application and a center-positioned thickness adjustment structure. Combined with customizable flexographic templates, it applies glue accurately to the required window area.

Film Patching SectionThe film patching section allows non-stop adjustment of film length and left-right position. It integrates rotary knife cutting, automatic crease-line pressing, film opening, and suction-assisted positioning to ensure accurate film placement on the window area.

Delivery SectionThe delivery section uses imported soft synchronous belts and an overlapped sheet collection structure to keep finished sheets neatly arranged after patching, supporting smooth output and easier downstream handling.
